Beet Hummus

500g Chickpeas, cooked
3 beets, cooked
30g Sesame seed paste (sesame seeds puréed with oil) or tahini
30ml Bertolli EVOO
Salt to taste


Step 1

Peel the beets, then combine all the ingredients in a blender. Add salt and Bertolli EVOO. Purée all the ingredients together until you have a uniform paste.

Step 2

Add more Bertolli EVOO.

Step 3

Season to taste.
